PBDA strives to be nut-aware. This means we have to avoid snacks and lunches that contain peanuts, peanut flour, peanut oil, or peanut butter or other tree nuts. Because of this policy, snacks must be store-bought for any school occasion on both campuses.

Birthday Treats

We celebrate birthdays each year by providing students with a special PBDA Birthday T-shirt prior to their birthday. The day-of, they are encouraged to wear their T-shirt around campus the full day and have it signed by friends and teachers.

Lower Campus

Lower Campus students may bring their own lunch, or parents may pre-select lunches that are prepared and delivered by Wholesome Tummies. To view selections, please visit the Wholesome Tummies website.

Upper Campus

Upper Campus lunches are prepared by our food director daily. The hot lunch is healthy and diverse, and includes a full salad and juice bar. Students may purchase their hot lunch by the Trimester rate of $410, or daily rate of $8. Students may also bring their own lunches.

Advance copies of the cafeteria lunch menus will be posted in the Bulldog Café on the Upper Campus and on the Bulldog Cafe online menu.

I can’t imagine a better, more caring school environment, not in Florida, not in New York City.
