Meghan Monteiro is the Director of Philanthropy, and has been at PBDA since 2020. She graduated with a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Vermont. Meghan previously worked in philanthropy at Free Arts NYC, American Red Cross, JP Morgan Chase, and Rainforest Alliance in New York City. Meghan was born and raised in Palm Beach County and moved back home in 2018 to be closer to family. Meghan worked in Development and Community Engagement for Miami City Ballet in the Palm Beaches before starting with PBDA. She has a mini goldendoodle, Chester and a brand new baby girl, Margot.

Mac Jackson is the Associate Director of Philanthropy, focusing on alumni engagement and events. He joined Palm Beach Day Academy in July 2021. Mac graduated with a B.A. in English Literature from Wheaton College in Norton, MA, and an M.Ed. in Educational Technology from Lesley University. Prior to PBDA, Mac was a teacher and administrator at Fessenden School for seven years after beginning his career as an educator in Lakeville, CT and New York City.

Pam joined PBDA in 2021. She graduated from the University of Michigan with a B.A. in Economics and Japanese. Prior to PBDA, Pam worked in Development at nonprofit organizations including Person-to-Person in Darien, CT, and independent schools, including New Canaan Country School in New Canaan, CT. Pam is a proud mother of three adult sons.
