The 24-hour Fundraiser

Mission Possible serves as the main fundraiser for Palm Beach Day Academy during the ’19-’20 school year. Mission Possible is a 24-hour online fundraising event that challenges current and former parents, alumni, grandparents and friends of the school to donate to PBDA. This year’s Mission Possible will be held from Thursday, February 20 at 6pm to Friday, February 21 at 6pm.

When can I donate to Mission Possible?

Mission Possible will officially begin at 6pm on Thursday, February 20 and will conclude at 6pm on Friday, February 21. During this 24-hour period, PBDA will be calling on you to help support our mission and legacy by donating through a secure online platform.

How can I donate to Mission Possible?

Please click here to donate to Mission Possible 2020. The donation link will also be widely shared via email, text, social media and on our website once the giving window begins.

Will there be any challenges during Mission Possible?

Yes! Our Flamingos and Pelicans will be going head-to-head throughout the 24-hour giving window to see which team donates the most. Be sure to encourage your friends and fellow birds to donate to help your team score points!

How can I see how much progress Mission Possible is making?

The Mission Possible giving site will include giving updates in real time with details as specific as class year donations, donations by state and country, and more. There will also be the opportunity for you to set up challenges that encourage more of your classmates to donate!

Kick-off Cocktail Event

Fanning and Christy Hearon invite the entire Palm Beach Day Academy community to join the school as we embark on this year’s 24-hour fundraising mission!

The online school fundraiser will kick-off with a cocktail party sponsored by Florida Crystals and hosted at the Norton Museum of Art on Thursday, February 20 from 6pm – 8pm. All PBDA parents, friends and supporters are invited to attend this non-ticketed event.

What is Mission Possible?

PBDA’s second annual Day of Giving campaign invites supporters near and far to give to PBDA during a 24-hour period of online giving. The giving window kicks-off on February 20, 2020 at 6pm with our cocktail party at the Norton Museum of Art.

Will there be an auction this year?

No. The Mission Possible cocktail party at the Norton Museum of Art will kick-off the 24-hour giving period and will replace this year’s Feather Ball and auction.

Do I need to buy tickets to the Mission Possible cocktail party?

No tickets necessary! Please be our guest at this cocktail party at the Norton Museum of Art as we start the 24-hour countdown to reach our fundraising goal.

What is the format of the cocktail party?

Guests are invited to enjoy cocktails and hors d’oeuvres as we all come together as a school community to support PBDA.

What is the attire?

The Mission Possible cocktail party will be cocktail attire.

Can I give to Mission Possible even if I can’t attend the party?

Absolutely! Supporters can give directly through our website or through this giving link beginning at 6pm ET on Thursday, February 20.
