Bulldog Card Launches Holiday Season
Posted on: November 19, 2018
A special Bulldog Card Launch Event, hosted by Sara McCann, owner of HIVE Home, Gift & Garden, a premier home furnishing and design boutique, located at 424 Palm Street, WBP, will be held on November 27, from 1:30 -5:30 p.m. As a proud former PBDA parent and tireless supporter of the school, Sara invites patrons and fellow supporters to pop into the boutique Tuesday afternoon for hors d’oeuvres, light spirits and the opportunity to put the Bulldog Card to good use!
The Bulldog Card will be available for purchase at the event for immediate use, and can also be purchased through PBDA for $250 (tax deductible). The card is valid for use from November 27th – December 14th. A direct donation to the Palm Beach Day, the purchase of the Bulldog Card allows it’s holders to present it at participating businesses throughout the Palm Beaches to receive unique discounts and perks.
The limited timeframe of the card is designed to allow businesses to offer meaningful discounts and perks not otherwise available during the busiest shopping time of the year. Card owners receive up to 20% off at favorite local spots including Buccan, Hive, Sant Ambroeus and Saks Fifth Avenue, to name a few. With promotions from so many amazing partners, the card will easily pay for itself. As a member of the Palm Beach community for nearly a century, Palm Beach Day Academy looks forward to continuing its long tradition of community partnerships through the Bulldog Card, which was created to benefit PBDA in partnership with local businesses.
“We are so grateful to our community partners who have committed to supporting the Bulldog Card,” says Corporate Sponsorship Committee Co-Chair Elisabeth Munder. “We encourage families to shop locally this season and patronize participating businesses.” “This public/private partnership has tangible benefits for the school, for local businesses, and for families purchasing the card,” adds Co- Chair, Mae Ferguson.
